We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. 

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service’s records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a delivery tracking number.

 

After placing all orders you will receive an email confirmation of the order. Please allow 1-3 days for order to be processed and you will receive email confirmation of shipment which will include shipping number within 1-2 weeks.

You will receive your order anywhere from 5-14 business days from the date that it is ordered, if in stock it will be shipped the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to one or two days to process your order. This estimate doesn’t include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will include your item(s) tracking number. All orders are shipped via USPS. Due to the fact that some of our items are custom made, shipping takes a little longer also if pre-ordered, basics will be shipped when order is placed and processed. 

All sales are final. We currently only accept exchanges. Please note that custom orders can NOT be exchanged or refunded. We also do not refund shipping costs on orders when products are returned for exchange.   • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with proper documentation of defect.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 5 days after delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Kloned logo attached.
  • Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” or “Sale” cannot be returned.
  • Hair accessories, hats, panties and bodysuits cannot be returned.
